Welcome to my website! I am a Lecturer of Political Science at the University of California, Merced. I received my Ph.D. in Political Sience from the University of Missouri in 2018. My research and teaching interests sit within the intersections of political behavior (elite and mass) and issue attention in parliamentary democracies. My work has appeared or is forthcoming in Policy Studies Journal, Party Politics and Journal of European Public Policy. To learn more about my research, please visit my research page or send me an email.
I am also the co-director of the Policy Agendas Project Turkey, part of the larger Comparative Agendas Project. For the project, I put together content analytic datasets of media coverage, budget outlays and appropriations, and parliamentary activities. A book chapter that introduces these datasets is forthcoming with Oxford University Press.
